TRAVEL COORDINATION
Detailed travel instructions will be sent to each participant along with their
confirmation documents to insure that all participants arrive and depart at
times that coordinate with our charter bus connection. Applicants are responsible
for securing their own transportation to and from their home and
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) in Rome, Italy
in time to meet our charter bus. Most airline tickets
are non-refundable once issued, so it is essential that each applicant wait
until they have received their confirmation and instructions before booking
flights. It is also recommended that applicants purchase travel insurance
to guard against a possible loss in case they must withdraw from the trip for
some unforeseen reason.

Our hotel is a fine establishment with full modern conveniences including air conditioning, TV, and private baths with hairdryers. Shorts and jeans are inappropriate dress at the dinner hour. Please bring suitable attire.
COST OF THE ARTS SOJOURN
Includes ground transport between hotel and airport in Italy, hotel accommodations,
all breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, day trip by charter coach to Orvieto,
all art activities and instruction, and travel orientation - see complete
details below:
$1975.00 - Price is per person sharing a double room.
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENTS
*Three single rooms are available on
a first come basis for an additional surcharge
of $350. It is strongly suggested that
you register early if you desire a single
room. A limited number of double rooms
are available for single use at an additional
surcharge of $500. For those traveling
alone who wish to share a double room,
we will try our best to pair you with a
compatible traveler of the same gender.
If this is not possible you will have the
option of paying the additional surcharge
for an available single or you may decline
to participate and receive a full refund
of your deposit.
* Please note that these prices are based on the exchange rate as of August, 2005. Although no increase is anticipated and it is highly unlikely, should the exchange rate vary appreciably prior to departure Arts Sojourn reserves the right to add an appropriate surcharge to cover the additional costs.

$250.00 non-refundable deposit due with application.
Balance must be received no later than March 15, 2006.
* It may still be possible to join the Arts Sojourn after the March deadline.

Confirmation and an extensive information
packet will be mailed within two weeks of
receipt of your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.

after cancellation notice is received:

LUGGAGE
All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances at
the risk of the participant. Each person is strictly limited to one suitcase
and one carry on (art supplies included) due to the restricted luggage space
on European motor coaches. Please travel light and be certain that you are capable
of handling your own luggage.
COLLEGE CREDIT
Three hours of college credit for the workshop
may be available at additional cost
to those interested. Please contact
