Matthew Daub's watercolor paintings and drawings have been widely exhibited throughout the United States for over two decades. He has had over twenty one-person exhibitions at galleries and museums in New York, Chicago and elsewhere, most recently at MB Modern Gallery in New York City in 1999, the Demuth Museum in 2000 and The Reading (PA) Public Museum in 2001.

Daub works have been included in numerous curated and invitational exhibitions at prestigious institutions such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The American Academy of Arts and Letters. In 1991 The Metropolitan Museum featured a Daub watercolor in their annual engagement calendar "American Watercolors".
